Do I need to be buying property to use the Roadmap?
No. Most Roadmap clients are renting first, moving for a year, or still deciding. Whether you rent or buy is one of the questions the plan answers honestly.
How is this different from the free assessment?
The assessment gives you a short written read from twelve answers. The Roadmap is 75 minutes live on your actual situation, then a written plan specific to you: visa route, shortlist, budget, timeline and the next five steps.
What if I'm not sure I'm moving at all?
That's a fine reason to book one. Part of the Roadmap's job is telling you honestly whether the move works for your income, family and timeline. Sometimes the plan is: not yet, and here's why.
How does the €290 credit work?
Engage any full package (Guided, Managed or Private) within 60 days of your call and the full €290 comes off that fee. The Roadmap effectively becomes free.
